The Plump Frenchman, is an exciting new European-inspired all-day dining bistro concept specializing in rotisserie cuisine. The concept is developed in collaboration with Zouk Group, led by renowned chef Lorenz Hoja. With over a decade of mentorship under the legendary French chef Joël Robuchon, Chef Loranz Hoja went on to lead L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Singapore as executive chef, where he helped the restaurant earn two Michelin stars in 2016 and 2017.
